About

Sabine Wines was created with a simple but uncommon distinction: every grape is overseen from the ground right through to the bottle by the same hands.

A dynamic viticulturist based in Pokolbin, Brent has spent more than a decade working across the Lower and Upper Hunter, consulting for and managing some of the region’s most prestigious vineyards. With a Bachelor of Viticulture from Charles Sturt University, he is renowned for his holistic approach to vineyard management and his commitment to sustainable, forward-thinking practices.

Brent’s drive for excellence has seen him repeatedly recognised as a Top 50 Finalist in the Young Gun of Wine’s Top Australian Grower Awards, cementing his reputation as one of the country’s leading emerging viticulturists.

For Brent, Sabine Wines is also a legacy for his young family. His approach to sustainable and regenerative viticulture is rooted in a desire to care for the vines—ensuring they thrive not just today, but for generations to come. The result is a collection of wines shaped by experience, guided by respect for the land, and crafted with a single, unwavering vision from vineyard to bottle.
